# About

I'm Joel, a product designer working at the intersection of design, development, and business.

I taught myself starting at 15, building websites while I studied electronics specialized in automation in high school. I later studied design in college, which gave me a more strategic, practical way of looking at problems and how to solve them.

These days I'm exploring and building personal projects around what AI makes possible.

In my previous role at Marketfully, I led a design team and was part of the strategy group developing AI-powered solutions.

I enjoy building solutions that stay aligned with business, product, and development. I've been fortunate to work on many projects for well-known brands, alongside teams from different parts of the world. That range lets me shape a solution around the problem, what's possible, and the goals.

When I'm not working between screens, notebooks, and pens, I like to unplug and get lost in the mountains on my motorcycle or bike, with family and friends or on my own, in the landscape Mendoza gives me. That's where I live.

## Experience

- **Marketfully** (2022–2026): From MVP to scalable SaaS through acquisition, then product leadership and AI-based marketing workflows.
- **Dickey's Barbecue** (2021–2021): Digital product design for the launch of Barbecue at Home, plus features across Wing Boss, Big Deal Burger, and Trailer Birds.
- **Centric Digital** (2014–2021): Digital product development, design, and branding for major agency clients such as AIG, Kaiser Permanente, Humana, and Victoria's Secret.
- **VSPT Wine Group** (2013–2014): Marketing and design leadership for the Argentina brands, reaching markets around the world.
