At Dickey's Barbecue Restaurants I designed web and mobile experiences across the restaurant group, including Dickey's Barbecue and Wing Boss.
The work covered brand sites, app surfaces, and ecommerce. Each brand needed to feel like itself while still sharing patterns the team could ship and maintain.
What I did
I led design for web and app projects across those brands, from research through delivery. User research informed the decisions, and I worked with cross-functional teams to keep goals, timelines, and quality aligned.
Restaurant products have a particular constraint: guests move between phone, browser, and the store. The job was to make ordering, discovery, and brand experience hold together across those contexts without forcing every surface into the same template.
