Marketfully.AI is where GetGloby landed after the acquisition. The product brings together adaptive translation, transcreation, and content creation so marketing teams can scale campaigns across languages without losing the original idea.
I led how the product is defined, designed, and shipped. The brief was never only screens. It was to shape the platform, sharpen the value proposition, and build the systems that would let a small team grow.
Design system and AI workflows
I built a design system so product definition and customer experience shared one language across AI-generated marketing assets, translation flows, and the agency brands under Marketfully. UX, UI, and CX stayed connected — the interface had to serve the brand as much as the workflow.
The work sits where design systems, AI-based workflows, and day-to-day marketing needs meet. I defined team structures, technology stacks, and product roadmaps, and partially managed development.
The team
I built and led a design and product team — a Product Designer, an AI Solution Designer, and a UX Researcher — who reported directly to me. Together we owned how the product looked, how it behaved, and how we learned from the people using it.
I also built and led an AI team to deliver AI-based solutions, working side by side with QA, engineering, and AI engineers. The same practice I started at GetGloby — standards, rituals, and a working relationship with engineering — is what the platform still runs on.
