After GetGloby, I designed Marketfully.ai: the same localization and transcreation work, now in one product with content creation for global brands and agencies.
The design problem was keeping generated work on-brand and tied to a brief. Marketing specialists needed a brief they could shape (with AI in the loop), then turn into assets that did not drift: language, location, tone, audience, topic, objective, and keywords stayed attached to whatever came next.
A collaborative workspace
The product was a shared working environment. Organizations held teams, so one company could run marketing, or any other group they brought in, without splitting the brand across tools. Brands and agencies sat in that same structure.
A brief was the source of truth. It could be drafted with assistance, adjusted by specialists, and then converted into content. Image generation and editing lived in the same loop. Assistants were there to iterate. Expert services were there when a human had to take it. The asset stayed bound to the brief either way.
Design system and AI workflows
I built a design system so product definition and customer experience shared one language across AI-generated marketing assets, translation flows, and the agency brands under Marketfully. UX, UI, and CX stayed connected. The interface had to serve the brand as much as the workflow.
The work sits where design systems, AI-based workflows, and day-to-day marketing needs meet. I defined team structures, technology stacks, and product roadmaps, and partially managed development.
The team
I built and led a design and product team (a Product Designer, an AI Solution Designer, and a UX Researcher) who reported directly to me. Together we owned how the product looked, how it behaved, and how we learned from the people using it.
I also built and led an AI team to deliver AI-based solutions, working side by side with QA, engineering, and AI engineers. The same practice I started at GetGloby (standards, rituals, and a working relationship with engineering) is what the platform still runs on.
