GetGloby started as a translation and localization product. I was the first product hire, reporting to the CTO and CPO, and stayed through the path from MVP to acquisition.
The brief was never only screens. It was to shape the product, sharpen the value proposition, and build the systems that would let a small team scale.
From MVP to product
As Lead Product Designer I redesigned the platform from an early MVP into a product teams could actually run. That meant a cohesive brand, a design system, and a backlog that engineering, product, and design could share.
As Principal Product Designer I led the design function for GetGloby’s translation and localization services. We refined the system so interactions stayed intuitive, kept a culture of user feedback, and explored new ways to make marketing assets accessible across languages.
Building the function
I built the product design practice from the ground up: standards, rituals, and a working relationship with engineering. Leadership here was less about a title and more about aligning teams, raising the quality bar, and turning strategy into execution.
That foundation is what later supported the acquisition by MotionPoint and the move into Marketfully, where GetGloby’s technology now lives inside Marketfully.AI.
